Editing Gross Profit Targets

Navigate to app.hospoIQ.com and login with the details provided to you by hospoIQ. Once there, click the menu icon at the top left of the screen and then ‘Targets’ under the 'Configuration' category.

From the Targets page, select the date range that you want to view by selecting a ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’.

Next, click on the site that you wish to update and subsequently, the location within that site.

Once selected, ensure you have the 'Gross Profit %' tab selected and the table below will update for that configuration.

 

From here, you can view your current Gross Profit Targets for a certain date range, Site and Location. The table is broken down into five columns.

  • Date: The specific date for the Target.

  • Sales Target: The Sales Target for that day.

  • Beverage GP Target %: This column is where you can enter your desired GP Target for the Beverage Category Groups that will display on your reports.

  • Food GP Target %: This column is where you can enter your desired GP Target for  the Food Category Groups that will display on your reports.

 

When a Gross Profit Target column is grayed out, this means that no Target has been set for that Category Group and Date. If you are happy with these numbers, there is no need to update these as in your report, the default values will be used. Otherwise, Enter the Target percentage for both Groups.

 

Once finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save' to update your Gross Profit Targets.
